• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a service-specific agreement
• Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Service was not delivered as described
• Request is made within 7 days of initial purchase for new accounts
• A billing error occurred on our part

7. Intellectual Property

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive customer-care text messages, such as appointment, service, support, and reminder messages. Customers may separately and voluntarily opt in to receive promotional text messages. Customer-care and promotional text messages are separate choices, and consent to either is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for third-party outages, network disruptions, or hardware failures outside our direct control.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
